If I spoke to some current / more recent managers of yours, what would they say are your strengths and weaknesses?

 

How would you deal with the following 2 situations?
i. An email is sent to me (ie. to Phil, as Anyware's Managing Director) from client x, saying their web site is not updating when they save changes from the Content Manager (web site editor). They have included a detailed error message and description. It looks like something either Phil or our programmer would know how to fix.

ii. Phil asks you to set up a new dual-core dilithium wigdet and document the process. You understand what one of those is but not how to do it. It's not a huge job, but requires input from 2 or 3 people, all of whom are busy and not particularly responsive.

 

What are 3 tasks you do not enjoy doing and how do you deal with them?
