Use Newsletters to stay in touch with your valued customers...
Staying in touch with your customers with regular newsletters does two important things.
  • It lets customers know that you are still there so that when they want to use a service that you offer they think of you.
  • It gives you a chance to advertise your services to your clients
As well as those two important things it lets your clients see they are important to you and helps you build strong, lasting relationships with them.

Simplifying the Internet...

What is a PDF?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. PDFs have become the popular format on the Internet due to their ease of use and ability to open on Windows or McIntosh computer platforms.

PDFs are more Internet friendly than other applications with most browsers being able to load a PDF file in the browser if Adobe is installed on the computer.

PDFs are also far more secure than an unprotected Word document. Most people do not have a PDF writer so editing your document becomes a lot more difficult. This is perfect if you are sending quotes or estimates to customers or other sensitive information.

When adding a document to your website or when you want to send a secure document, consider offering it in a PDF format so that more people can access your files.

For a simple to use application that will convert most word processing applications such as Microsoft Word (including Excel and most other Microsoft suite applications), use PDF Creator.
