Anyware Limited Domain Name Terms of Service

Purpose

This document describes your responsibilities as a domain name holder when you purchase a domain name using Anyware Limited as your agent.

Payment of Fees

You agree to pay the fees for your domain name to Anyware Limited within 7 days of your domain name being registered.

You should ensure that fees are promptly settled. Failure to do so can lead to automatic cancellation of your domain name. Where contact information is inaccurate or where the name holder does not provide a timely response, cancellation can occur without notification.

Ownership

Ownership of domain names is retained by Anyware until payment is made for the domain name and for all other goods and services supplied by Anyware to you. Once your account is paid in full, you will retain ownership of any domain name that is registered with you as the name holder. Where Anyware Limited agrees to register a domain name on your behalf, we do so as your agent. You are responsible for complying with any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant domain registry.

Indemnity

You indemnify Anyware Limited from any and all liability and actions relating to and resulting from your domain name or it's use.

Collection of Personal Information

You ackownledge that domain name registration involves the collection of personal information to provide public name listing services. Information collected will be accessible by all users of the Internet.

Conditions of Use

You ackowledge and agree to comply with each of the following:

Domain Name Holders must be identifiable individuals over 18 years of age or properly constituted organisations
Domain registration is a listing service, carried out on a "first come, first served" basis
Conflict between an applicant and an existing Name Holder is for those parties to resolve
A listing is akin to a "licence" to connect, not a property right; delegation confers no other rights

You agree that you will:

Make sure all information you give us is accurate and complete, keep us informed of changes to any information you give us
Keep any security information that we give to you confidential, safe and secure
Satisfy yourself that your use of a domain name will not infringe anybody's intellectual property rights and protect us, and everybody we are in any business relationship with to provide services to you, from any resulting claim
Ensure that the use of any domain name registered to you does not interfere with other users of the Internet
Ensure that any order of any authority having jurisdiction regarding any domain name registered to you is complied with
Protect us, and everybody we have a business relationship with, against any legal action taken against us because of the receipt or use of our services by you or someone you are responsible for, including reliance by us or anybody we have a business relationship with, on information supplied by you.
Ensure everyone you are responsible for or who uses a domain name registered to you also meets the above duties.
